Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
It is the policy of Contek Solutions LLC that we will conduct our business ethically and in conformance with the laws and regulations of the countries in which we do business.

Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics sets out the principles that constitute our way of doing business and affirm our core values. It identifies the equally important commitments we have to our clients and other stakeholders.

Our Clients

  • Provide our services with integrity, objectivity and competence.
  • Keep client information confidential and use proprietary information by permission only.

Conflicts of Interest

  • Not use knowledge about one client with another client for competitive advantage.
  • Not allow personal or outside interest to interfere with the performance of our duties.
  • Not make a decision or engage in conduct that is not in the best interest of the client or our firm.

Engagements

  • Accept only engagements for which we are qualified by our experience and competence.
  • Assign staff to client engagements with the proper qualifications and experience.
  • Immediately acknowledge any influences on our objectivity to our clients and offer to withdraw from the engagement when our objectivity or integrity may be impaired.

Fees

  • Agree in advance on fees and expenses that are reasonable, legitimate, and commensurate with the engagement and the responsibility.
  • Disclose in advance any fees or commissions received for equipment, supplies or services we recommend to our clients.

Our Firm

  • Respect the intellectual property rights of our clients, other consulting firms, and sole practitioners and not use proprietary information or methodologies without permission.
  • Not advertise our services in a deceptive manner and not misrepresent the consulting profession.
  • Not take advantage of confidential client information for our firm or us.
  • Manage our business in accordance with acceptable financial and accounting rules.
  • Ensure our Certified or Registered staff abides by their respective professional code of ethics.
Quality Policy

This means we always maintain the highest ethical standards in performing our jobs while providing our clients with quality technical services.

  • Evaluate and continuously improve the processes by which we provide our services; and

  • Assuring proper project management methodology, including technical and management reviews;

We recognize that client satisfaction is key to our continued success and so is positive client appraisal of our performance for our reputation.

Implementation of and adherence to this Policy is the responsibility of all team members. We are fully committed to our QMS and require total implementation of its related policies and procedures.
